Summit Meals:
One of the highlights of the CHIP Summit is enjoying the wonderful meals prepared especially by trained chefs exclusively for our Summit members. People return to the Summit year after year to enjoy this great dining experience. Our meals are so good, you won’t believe that they are healthy for you!

Meals for children (under 18) can be purchased separately without registration fees, but must be ordered in advance. Room Rates:
- Room rates: $99 Single, Double, Tripple and Family Units Only of no more than 4
- All rooms subject to state and local taxes in effect at time of check-in. Currently 12.5%
- This rate is available 2 days before and after the Summit based on availability.
Cut-off date for CHIP group discount is October 22, 2008. Rooms are limited.
Hotel Room Cancellation Policy: The Hotel requires a 24 hour cancellation notice or the guest will be charged the full room rate.
Room Sharing? If you are looking for someone to share a room with at the Summit, please send us your contact information. As opportunity presents, we will put you in contact with others seeking to share a room. After that, it will be up to the parties involved to work out the details, including the financial arrangements.
